We worked with Jessica and from the time we arrived to make arrangements for my father with my mom and sister to the gravesite service. Everything and everyone we encountered was definitely five stars! We had the best experience even though we had lost a loved one. Jessica was wonderful helping my mother with all the things she would need help with such as notifying social security, life insurance, VA, death certificates, etc. We all highly rate and appreciate Houser-Millard Funeral Home and would recommend to others. VERY HEARTFELT PEOPLE. CUSTOMIZED, OUR SERVICE JUST EXACTLY AS WE WANTED IT. GOOD HEARTFELT, AS I SAID AND HONEST, PEOPLE. THE JOB THEY DID WITH OUR LOVED ONE WAS WAY BETTER THAN ANYONE EXPECTED. The people at houser and Millard are the most courteous friendliest people that work there they are very sensitive to your needs and they're not very pushy to push you into buying something you really don't want our experience was very very Grand I appreciate them for everything they have done for us they were there when I needed to talk to somebody about certain things or ask certain questions I would recommend this funeral home for anyone to use
