Today is the 3rd funeral this year for me at this location. The staff are amazing and help make a difficult time as seamless as possible. They have helped in several different situations I have come across.

There are not enough words to express my sincere thanks to Jordan Rupp for handling my mom's funeral from start to finish. Jordan was in constant communication with me at every twist and turn. He never got tired of me bugging him with one more question or concern. I had total confidence that Jordan would make everything come together as perfectly as possible, and he did. I will always be grateful for his kindness, attention to detail, and hard work to make her funeral as beautiful as she was. Many many thanks Jordan.

I met the people at this funeral home in January of 2026, I was so lost and didn't know where to even start. The people at Houser- Millard helped me so much and I felt so comfortable talking to these people during a difficult time in my life and I would recommend this funeral home to anyone that needs arrangements prepared for a loved one. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Jessica, I could not have done this without your huge heart ♥️!

I dealt mostly with Caitlin. She was absolutely wonderful. Caitlin kept me updated at all times. We ran into a few snags since my husband was in another state but she worked so hard to get me everything I needed to do and wanted to have done. Caitlin exceeded my expectations. The team she had behind her to help was also kind and caring. They took a very hard time for me and took care of everything.
