The staff at Houser-Millard are so kind and caring. Especially Jessica. We had to plan a funeral for our son and had no idea what to do. Jessica patiently walked us through the process and was available anytime a question arose. The service was small, intimate, and very private which reflected our wishes perfectly. I highly recommend using Houser-Millard for all your funeral needs.
We worked with Jessica and from the time we arrived to make arrangements for my father with my mom and sister to the gravesite service. Everything and everyone we encountered was definitely five stars! We had the best experience even though we had lost a loved one. Jessica was wonderful helping my mother with all the things she would need help with such as notifying social security, life insurance, VA, death certificates, etc. We all highly rate and appreciate Houser-Millard Funeral Home and would recommend to others.
