This is a wonderful organization. They are professional and are doing great work with organization, community and working with executives. I would recommend their tailored approach historically.
I would not recommend this clinic. The therapist I was assigned, Jennifer Stiver-Balla, frequently spent sessions on her phone, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. When I addressed this behavior, she denied insulting my maturity and continued using her phone rather than engaging appropriately. She also refused to provide proper counseling tools and guidance because I declined medication, indicating a lack of ability to provide effective counseling without relying on medication. I completed training at Millan up North over the past three weeks, they are wonderful professional and caring. I would recommend trying their services
They pretend to care about your circumstances and then abandon you when there is no financial reward.
Millan and Associates gave me honest answers to difficult questions. I tested their understanding of the complex family problems I was facing, knowing the answers but seeing they understood the questions and had the support services for consulting in questions beyond their scope of expertise. Unfortunately the decision to hire them was not within my control so I was not able to retain them, but I would recommend their services
