At the beginning - first and last consultation - he seemed interested in helping my husband. But we never knew the results of the BRAIN MRI he sent to him.We went back to his office only to find out that he was not there, the receptionist did not know anything - the next door Dr had to knock his office door in order for reception to open and promises that they will find the MRI DISC but NEVER happened. My husband health got worse until now. HORRIBLE experience with this DR and office.
This office staff is very unprofessional, rude and tacky especially the office manager !This office is a complete joke sad part about it the doctor is the complete opposite he should really higher a complete knew staff
Poor. My Mother saw Dr. Millan because of her diagnosis with Alzheimer's. He was not pleasant to talk to. He was down right rude to my mother. He had her file in front of him, a laptop in front of him and still could not recall which patient he was talking to or the medications she was on or when she had acquired them. I was there giving the same repetitive answers to him that I have to do with her. This is NOT acceptable in a physician.
Confused my reason for being there; did not read my previous medical record to understand some of the problems that exist.
The nurse was rude, barely looked us in the face. (this was not our first visit by any stretch). The Doctor, despite having paperwork in front of him and on the laptop in front of him, commented about having increased the patient's medication just 3 months ago when in fact we had not been in to see the doctor in 6 months AND he had not adjusted her medication in 2 years. My dog knows more than this “doctor” I was waiting for him looking at my iPad and he said I don’t keep up with new technology. I just left after I told him my problems, he looked puzzled and said he never heard of anything like that.
Very unprofessional office staff. Would not take my husband's medicare because they said it was a managed plan. After getting medicare on the phone to verify it was an original medicare plan we were told they still did not take his medicare. When I tried to pay cash I was told the doctor overheard our conversation and had left the office and would not see my husband. So please do not wait your time with this doctor.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. The office is never open during its business hours.
