I had a terrible experience with this shipping company. They are completely untrustworthy and do not honor their agreements. The agent, Bruno, tried to charge me extra money and showed no respect for the contract we had in place. On top of that, the loading crew was careless and ended up damaging my belongings. This company is unprofessional and unreliable—definitely not recommended!
Nice people work here. We are picking up the loads from here quite often and loaders are usually very quick and helpful.
