We have only been up stairs one time for a “meet your neighbours” event. It was quite informative and was able to give everyone involved a better understanding of those in their community - from new to Canada, new to Mill Woods, or a long time resident like my wife and I. They even had babysitting for our kids while we partook in the event.

Great service by volunteers. My place to go play pickleball with the seniors.
This is the place with a lot of choices of fitness activities for seniors. I am a certified older adult fitness instructor, and I teach a few classes there weekly. Exercises are appropriately modified to accommodate all fitness levels and health conditions.
