Landlord doesn't care about keeping up the maintenance nor does any routine extermination! The exterminator they do have is Dodson from Bluefield, WV. Seems to show up only for an emergency & he isn't good at his job! He, the landlord & manager knows about bedbugs in the complex & doesn't seem to care enough to take care of the problem in the whole complex / not just one apartment! People don’t mind there own business inspection person lies on you and maintenance is never kept up our hot water heater has been going out for the past 3 months and they haven’t changed it always says my place is dirty when we clean daily bc we have 3 kids just over all not a good place to live
