MV refuse miss pickup time to time and when I call them, they don't offer any solution but are always offensive and rude!
Great Company – We have lived in Marin for many years and have always been pleased with Mill Valley Refuse. We have used them for their debris box and porta potty service when we were remodeling our house. I'm a very green person and I love that they introduced food waste recycling in Marin. Great company and great service.
Excellent portable toilet I rented a portable toilet from Mill Valley Refuse Service for a special event and it was really really clean and nice! The service was great and prompt. I would definitely use them again.
Mill Valley Refuse is a den of theives. Trash Talk about Mill Valley Refuse I have been a resident of Mill Valley for over 12 years and have also been a customer of Mill Valley Refuse for 12 years. In addition to being rude and unhelpful, these people are theives with a monopoly on the market. There is no mention of the owners on the website and no way to log a complaint...and apparently with good reason. MV Refuse did not pick up my trash for 6 weeks due to a clerical error.
