Outstanding. Dr. Steele was a rock during one of the most difficult occasions my children and I have experienced. Caring, professional, thoughtful, and genuine. If you are unfortunate in having to contemplate and arrange a final goodbye, I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Dr. Cynthia Steele took a sad experience and gave it meaning. Her final words for our beloved Lab were, " we're sending you back to the magic from which you came." This helped.
Had to say goodbye to my sweet girl Nina this weekend. 18 amazing years. I wanted her to have the softest landing possible. Obviously sometimes things don't work out the way you plan, but in this case I had already pre-arranged everything with Cynthia. She was at the ready, we had Nina in the backyard in the grass, in a sunbeam, soft breeze, final sniffs, comfortable, peaceful, and she slowly drifted away. I'm still a wreck, but for my heart, this such a better option than a cold, scary pet hospital. Cynthia is the best!
