Dr. Shefrin is a new doctor in my group of care givers. I’m a healthy 63 yo woman and I had a few issues I wanted to solve for/better understand. Dr. Shefrin was so thorough and always prepared and on task w sharing her systemic overall approach to solve to resolution if at all possible in her area of expertise. If you have MS, avoid at all costs. She has either missed or ignored information on my MRIs and not advised me properly about using DMTs. Consequently, I haven't been on the correct medication under her care and have had disease progression I might have avoided had I been under appropriate care.
Prompt, professional and friendly, very thorough and took time to answer all questions.
