This company is awful. DO NOT USE THEM. They completely destroyed our 9 by 12 area rug making the original stain 10 times the size. There was also an additional stain on the rug as well as a hole that was not there before they took the carpet off premises. They told us the entire carpet would be shampooed and obviously they only tried to do a spot treatment. Mark, the technician told my mother the carpet would be done the next day. The worst! The technician “Mark” started out being dishonest the minute he walked through the door. The customer service people all either lied or they didn’t know what they were talking about. Mark called me the day after he picked up the rug to say that he “was” able to get the stain out, but could not return the rug for a week. The day before he said he would return it the next day. Wont use them. Poor customer service on phone. I live down the street.. she acted as if I lived in timbucktoo. wanted an inhome estimate. she gave me an over the phone estimate. then said that other things might need to be added. So i asked for someone to come and see so i would know. .. Said that I'd have to wait til monday. Told her it was kind of urgent. then said tomorrow and would be a 2 hour window. ..
