Took my car here for its MoT test. They failed it but when I asked if they could fix the issues they told me to go on eBay to look for my own parts! The very unfriendly woman on the reception desk couldn't care less. I called another garage and they had no problem with getting the parts and are going to do the work. If you do MoT tests you should have the capability to fix issues related to failed tests and to tell a customer to go on eBay to get their own parts is ridiculous. Would give them zero stars if I could.
Great place, last minute book in and got me in next day, tester was friendly, professional and informative, garage was spotless and well maintained highly recommend thanks again mill tyres
I asked for an air conditioning service, it took far longer than scheduled. When I finally got my car back the air con was not fixed. It hasn’t had a thorough check as stated on their website. Staff was very rude, one staff member told me my car was shit. All I’ve been told was to see how I get on with it!! I certainly won’t be returning to this garage.
My boss took his car 3 times to Milton tyre payed over 1000 pounds and they still didn't fix it only more problems charging money don't do nothing charging extra in invoice for something that just was not there when he left the car it wasn't oil leaking now it is and now took it to a different garage and they showed all the shit jobs they did they messed up the driving shaft also I was driving in the car yesterday and I genuinely I did not feel safe driving in it after the service don't ever go here I would never recommend t... read more
