I have used Mike Dwyer for many years to add freon on my AC unit for many years in Lawrence. After many years of adding freon, my AC died. I was advised by Mike that I really need brand new units and hired him to do the service. He charged $6500. I gave him upfront $5k on April 12 of 2021. Supposedly he would use that money to order the units. I was told that the unites would come from Canada. With the pandemic, was easy for me to believe in all excuses he gave me.
