Piss poor management, they canceled a showing even after confirming the appointment and took $75 is application fees just to waste my time! I would never recommend anyone to use this company. Worst service ever!
My apartment wasn't cleaned before I moved in. There was hair left behind in the shower, dead bugs in the cabinets, and food left in the fridge. I have had my rent raised twice in six months now and its kind of ridiculous. Also, no one has reached out yet.
The worst place I’ve ever rented from. They never answer the phone, rarely get back to you in a timely manner. My shower had a problem 2 weeks into renting, was never fixed. The water was yellow, my garage flooded, the place was disgusting when I moved in. They never plowed or salted in a timely manner. When they did plow, it was rarely salted. The move out process was not easy, hard to get a hold of the ‘building manager’, had to reach out multiple times. Cheaply made places.
Beautiful apartments! Also, less expensive than most of the newer comparable apartments complexes we’ve seen in the area. The maintenance is prompt, the property care is consistent and well done, and the management (Ian) is very friendly. There is a bad review that says the care of the complex is not good, but that was when the apartments were first built. They have since then fixed those problems. I would highly recommend!
