Terrible customer service ! Scott the “sales person” for the cars wouldn’t even wiggle $300 off of a $3500+ purchase of a 2013 Honda accord . 278,000 miles car is 22,000 miles off from 300,000 . Told him multiple times I didn’t need for them to register the car yet hes trying to insist he has to charge me a “dealer” fee and a “shop fee” lol in a car almost 14 years old . regardless of it being an Honda car is liable to give out at any given second , the reviews prove their word isn’t creditable nor do they care about their c... read more
This is first time I got a car from Mill Street Auto Sales. Price wise it is okay. The manager Mr Scott is a veteran and nice man , provides fantastic customer service, he is a one man army, doing paperwork work, showing that car along with test drive and on the top of it he drove down to my house since I was being scared to drive new cars
