Terrible customer service ! Scott the “sales person” for the cars wouldn’t even wiggle $300 off of a $3500+ purchase of a 2013 Honda accord . 278,000 miles car is 22,000 miles off from 300,000 . This is first time I got a car from Mill Street Auto Sales. Price wise it is okay. The manager Mr Scott is a veteran and nice man , provides fantastic customer service, he is a one man army, doing paperwork work, showing that car along with test drive and on the top of it he drove down to my house since I was being scared to drive new cars
They towed my car from a roll over. They told me I was getting a deal for 500 to get my stuff out. Only to find out from a phone conversation they were making there money back from the tools in the car never mind the rims. They are choochs and scammers.
The process of getting a car for my 16yr old was smooth, transparent & pressure-free. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to get their newly licensed family member a car!
