Beautiful building in a great location with easy walking access to ALL Downtown Stamford amenities & train ~ the concierge, secure gated parking, gym and courtyard w/gas grills is an excellent benefit! Great investment, or long-term rental potential!

While the location of this condominium is great, I would not recommend purchasing a condo or living here right now. This is the interior of the 3rd floor — as you can see, the reconstruction of the hallways (and individual units) has not begun since a major sprinkler accident in February. The property management company does not display a sense of urgency in solving problems. Would look at other properties in Stamford!

So far so good, it's a beautiful building with great people and plenty of cute doggies, quiet and sunny, great location... except for mr Karen, who is constantly watching me, even taking pictures of my groceries and packages. Not a fan of the commercial fire alarms, but I appreciate it.
