This is a very nice apartment building. Manager is nice, and so are the majority of the renters. Within two blocks are: clinic, dentist, post office, pharmacy, bank, attorney, library, food shelf, thrift store, and Somali market. Pelican Rapids is a lovely small town with a population of about 2500, and Mill Pond Apartments overlooks the Pelican River.
Poor maintenence and bad management alot of drugs in the building
They never want to turn heat on even when it's 40-50 degrees. Always on time to raise the rent.
