Unfortunately, my dog had an ear infection & Millpond was nice enough to squeeze us in on the same day I called. The staff is friendly & very efficient. Their prices are reasonable & the Vets always find ways for me to save $. For example, my dog needs these specific wipes for a rash due to a grass like allergy that I use on his paws. I use them each time I walk him, so it was getting expensive to use the wipes. The Vet told me I could buy the wipes in bulk from Amazon to save $. It was very considerate. I am new to the area and had a lot of anxiety about switching vets. From the moment I walked in with my former feral cat to the moment I walked out, it was a very pleasant and calm experience. They have a cat specific room with feliway plugged in and they even gave her a towel with feliway. There was no rush, the tech helping was so kind to me and my kitty. Dr. Lang took time to explain things to me and gave me all the information needed. Very clear communication. I would absolutely recommend them!
