I'm super disappointed in that clinic. My doctor retired and I waited months to be referred to one of their doctors by Health Care Connect. The doctor will not take me on as a patient even if he's supposedly taking new patients. What kind of patients does he want? I've never seen that before. Health Care Connect doesn't know what to do and now I'm left hanging.
I don't know why the reception is a huge trouble making problem in this clinic that stops patients to get service from the doctors. There was a woman her name is Tracy at the reception she was something else, took my concern very personal and almost kicked me out of the clinic for no reason. Instead of trying to solve the problem, she became so mad, defensive and so rude that made me shocked. I'm speaking to the owner of Mill Pond Clinic; you need to completely replace your reception team!
Dr wolak is great, but the reception makes you go crazy just now waited over 20 minutes on the phone to be transferred to the reception but no luck pressing 5 repeating the same message by them over 7 times and that is all i got. this is not the way to treat an elderly sick person i hope they do something about it
