21 Bridge Square is conveniently located close to I-95 and area restaurants. This waterfront building recently underwent a stunning interior renovation and the rent is still remarkably affordable for 1- and 2-person offices. As an added bonus, rent includes a parking spot that's within walking distance to the Westport train station.
Landlords are 80+ years old, out of touch, unpleasant, dishonest and disrespectful. Not worth the "discount". On the plus side, you will have no problem finding space, as their tenants do not last long. It's a shame because the property has potential.
