I have to say, my specific unit is nice. I love my place. No bug issues and it's peaceful back here. But the issue with the parking, I've had enough. Visitor parking is someone acceptable, often my daughter has to drive around for 30 minutes or more trying to find a space. And God forbid you park somewhere you're not supposed to they don't hesitate to tow your car. They will not try to verify whose car it belongs to they just get rid of it. And guess what? Living here is like living in hell. If you pay your rent late, you are about to be evicted, play your music almost every day. You have to beg for maintenance or pay from your pocket. Parking issues and very poor management.

Nice place to live for families.
If you’re thinking about renting here you will instantly regret it. The buildings are filthy and there are roaches crawling everywhere. I moved into my apartment immediately found dead roaches everywhere and after cleaning up saw live ones walking around the apartment. Not to mention moving into my apartment I found bedbugs also my brand new sealed furniture after opening it I found a bed bug on my sons bed.
