Dr. Chris is very thorough and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to this practice for awhile and staff, techs and Dr Chris are great.I bring in my two cats . Most time just routine care but great with sick visits too.You can tell he cares for each pet.
My husband and I made the heartbreaking decision to end our 15 year old GSP Jake's decline this morning. Dr. Chris Elson and Jaine Rodrigues, hospital manager, could not have been more understanding and compassionate. We have been with this practice for years and have never been as impressed with the flexibility, understanding and service as we have since Dr. Elson joined. Thank you so very much. We will continue seeing them with our 3 year year old GSP Max. Lucy and Ed Smith
Dr. Chris Elson is an excellent diagnostician. He identified my dog's ailments and he explained them in a professional and articulate manner to me. He has great rapport with animals and demonstrates a true empathy for them!
I’m not usually a big review writer but I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chris at Mill Plain! My dog is extremely reactive and anxious (in general, but x100 at the vet), and fearful of strangers, especially men. Dr. Chris spends so much time at the beginning of every appointment working to calm her down until she feels comfortable. It’s been such a relief to have a vet who truly understands fearful dogs and goes above and beyond to make them feel safe. Extremely unprofessional and lazy. I asked them to transfer medical records to a current vet because my little kitty was in immense back pain and we needed her medical record to figure out what was wrong. Instead, the receptionist I spoke to said they put it and storage and refused to pull the records for us because how inconvenient it would be for them. Why did they even bother storing her records if they refused to pull them? Especially if a little kitty’s well-being is on the line!
