I have been using the mailbox service here for about one year. I rented a mailbox here after my neighborhood mailboxes got broken into 3 different times. The last time the back of the community box was destroyed and our mail was held until it could get fixed. I love that they hold packages securely for me. I also love that if I do not check my mail for a few days, I do not worry about it getting stolen. The people who work here are very friendly and personable. We have been using Mill Plain Shipping Center for about a year now. We were referred by a friend who also uses their service. We were tired of our community mail box being broken into. Now everything is safe and secure. If closed there is a code to access our lockbox. There are different sizes to choose from depending upon your needs. The employees are friendly and helpful. If you are having the same problem we had, check them out. They also offer many other things you might need.

I have been using this mailbox service for many years the people are very friendly and helpful and willing to go out of there way to help with whatever you need and always willing to help with big packages if you need a service I highly recommend Mill Plain shipping center

Never shipping here again. Lots of attitude and can’t do their job right. Save your self from headaches trying to fix their mistakes over the phone. I can’t imagine shipping something important only to have it shipped with incorrect information.
