I just got my first CPAP and the staff especially amber here is amazing and so helpful. She went over everything with me and left me set up for success thank you so much
Can we say AMAZING?!?! What a night and day difference between Mill Plain Medical and that other company in town who never answers their phone and has outsourced all their calls to another country! Wow! JESSICA took care of getting my prescription moved over and called me every day or 2 with an update. I met with AMBER to get fitted for a new mask and order supplies. She answered all my questions, offered plenty of tips and info. Do yourself and your stress level a solid by using Mill Plain for your CPAP/BiPAP needs.
Nice people with a clean office. They did a great job taking time to set up the equipment, and made supply reordering easy.
