Many machines are broken. I put my clothes into the 'Super Load' washer. It took over an hour to complete. The machine was stuck on 'wash' and '23 minutes' for over half an hour. I told the attendant there and asked her to cut the electricity to the machine so I could get my clothes out. She either did not understand, or she did not know what to do.
