Got to the clinic, neat and tidy small setup, was greeted at the desk, no smile just a hello and if that was Alfie, and to our him in the scales. I did as asked and was the asked to take a seat. I waited a couple of minutes and was then taken in the room by an older lady, didn’t say hi, didn’t have a smile on her face or did she introduce herself, not friendly at all. I have rang mill park vet at 10：13 am on 25/11/25 Tuesday, and inquired About routine arthritic injection fee, the female staff Who answered my call clearly told me that I do not need to pay any consultation fee as long as i can bring to milk park vet the report from my previous vet Who gave my dog the arthritic injection.
