I am so pleased to have finally found a mechanic that is honest, efficient and affordable. Andrew and his team go out of their way to make sure they deliver a quality service at reasonable prices. They were recommended to me by family friends who spoke very highly of them and I’m really grateful - they have done excellent work on my car, for a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be going back !
I had an appointment booked for 8:30am, yet the technician did not arrive until 9:30am. I was told the job would take a maximum of 2 hours. When I returned at 12:30pm, the work had not even started. I calmly spoke to management to explain my expectations and gave honest feedback about the lack of professionalism and poor time management. Do not recommend - quoted 400-440 for service on phone, charged $633 for items never requested such as new wipers - they never attempted to confirm what i'd like to pay for.
Best mechanic service around. Despite being a few days out from Christmas and being super busy, they ,managed to fit my car in. Honest and trustworthy as well. Don't go anywhere else.
