I had an appointment at 11:20 AM with a male GP. I arrived on time, but after checking in at the front desk, I found myself waiting for over an hour. Eventually, I received a call from the GP. I thought it would be appropriate to inform him about the long wait. However, as soon as I began speaking, he became very angry and said that he had been dealing with some complex cases. I seen Dr Natash today what a delightful doctor, very caring and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this doctor.
Receptionists are very warm and accommodating. Booking an appointment is a breeze, and my GP Dr. Bangoy is as always, kind, very efficient and quite reassuring. The clinic is hospitable and even the toilet is clean. Also I didn’t have to wait very long for my queue.
