Staff ar excellent very empathetic, supportive, helpful ver caring, kind and compassionate. Both the doctors ( Dr. Kazı and Dr Parera) treating me are absolutely wonderful. If I could give above 10 I would, 10 out of 10 definitely.
I don't understand
Have been going to mill park family practice for over 20 years, friendly staff, l have a regular doctor Natasha Mitik-Dineva she is always very professional and friendly,
Every time I come to this clinic. I’m never greeted with a hello or a good morning/afternoon ir even a smile. The front desk staff are very sour and look like they’re miserable in their job. They’re the frontline of the clinic and yet set a very bad impression. How is management content with this? I can’t say it’s a one-off but every time I’ve come in and other people I know who go there also said the same thing. It doesn’t take much effort to smile, greet and be nice.
