a recent marine gear failure at the start of a important survey was quickly taken care of at the Sumner store. Mike and his service crew and in conjunction with Danny in parts, a new gear was headed back to the boat same day. As always the service was above and beyond the call of duty. I have had the same kind of service with this crew back as Mill Log , that span of time amounts to more than 30 plus years. Thank You VERY MUCH!
It's been a while since I've had the pleasure of working with someone in the yachting industry who was as much invested in the needs of the client as the company he works for. 4.5 Stars: The personnel were easy to work with and considerate of our needs. The QUOTE took over 2 weeks to receive, 1 month for rebuild. In today's industry and availability of parts and techs, I am not dis-satisfied with the turn around time. Just got unit back together, satisfied with trans rebuild. We recently had a Twin disc clutch fail during a high priority runway closure to remove rubber from the runway at PDX . After several phone calls trying to locate a clutch , we got ahold of Danny at Palmer Johnson. He went above and beyond to get us the necessary parts to get us up and running the next day . This was a big deal and we appreciate the customer service we received and we will do business again in the near future, you Rock Danny!!!
