Ethan was great! He accommodated all of our groups needs and was extremely nice. We will definitely be back again to paddle board and kayak! Highly recommend anyone looking for a good experience
I have never been more disappointed by the Management team at Mills Falls . Both the General Manager and Asst. Manager. Very pleasant but absolutely no follow through ! First we stay one night and they doubled charged me , second they hit me for $42.00 for a resort fee which they never explained to me . When trying to get it rectified I had to call for 5 days and never once calling me back . Then we book 3 days in July of this year and they lost our reservations . Beautiful Location
Great find for bike week at Laconia. The rooms could use some updating, but they’re clean and safe. The staff is super nice and don’t look at people like biker trash when they see them pull in on a Harley with tattoos. One thing that was a bit odd was there is no turndown service if you stay at a property disconnected from the main buildings. I was in Chase House, so I didn’t get that option.
