Terrible customer service, incompetent installers, much more expensive than the Vienna and McLean locations for the SAME Hunter Douglas products. Lydia was a I knowledgeable and unaccountable sales representative. Go anywhere else to get what you expect at thousands of dollars per window!! In the end the units fall off the wall and do not block out the light.
Lydia and Elliott have been excellent in helping my wife and me choose fabrics, wallpaper, upholstery that work well with our furnishings and within our price range.
Barbara was wonderful, working with me for just the right treatment and fabrics and Dave did a wonderful job measuring and installing my new treatments. I look forward to working with them again! Many thanks for a lovely job!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Lydia and the Mill End Shops team. I worked with Lydia on two projects that brought my home together. Seating - upholstered dining chairs and banquette cushion and pillows. Curtains. Lydia was a pleasure to work with.
