I have shutters from them and have been very happy with them, especially because I have had them a few years and never had any problems.
Milk Creek Shutters did a fantastic job. They were fair, prompt and great to communicate with me the whole time. I appreciate their suggestion of getting a “lesser” grade blind for my garage window to help with the cost. I felt like they were looking out for my interests over their profit. We have had several family members use them as well.
Overall our experience was great with Millcreek Shutters. The salesman was okay but not very thorough. He didn't show me samples of the product, basically just came in, measured windows and left. Maybe he thought since I already had a few other quotes, that I wouldn't need to see any samples. The quote was significantly less than all other competitors so we went with them. These guys were great! Fair pricing and quick work! We had a few broken plantation shutters that needed repair, they sent out a mobile guy that did it all on the spot no meed for us to remove things. We’ll definitely use them again!
