we've had a great experience here
we've had an ok experience. There is a $50 missed appointment fee- no warning, no forgiveness for 1st time offense which is pretty disappointing.
I love Millcreek Pediatrics and I highly respect Dr Seiff and her staff. We have been with this practice since 2005 and both of my children are under her care.
Dr Seiff is great but their billing dept is awful to deal with.
Don't bring your children here if you have the expectation of being taken care of. They run hours behind, have hardly any staff and what little they do have are extremely rude/condescending when their errors are pointed out or questioned. Patient care is not priority here.
