Initial response and work to no heat was great, but then Problems with installation of new equipment Thomas did not handle well. Did not pick the right dimensions on furnace to fit up standard large attic stairs... Had to remove attic stair unit on installation day myself, and then replace it. Sorry I ever called Mill Creek. Call someone else. Unit quit operating in AC mode....not draining. . Wasn't a month old. He cleaned the pipe. Won't respond to same problem from install. Can't recommend this business. I highly recommend this company. I was able to get a same day appointment. Tom was prompt and professional in his communications with me. He was able to explain my A/C issue in terms that were easily understandable and was patient with all of my questions.
