Absolutely amazing company! Kaitline and Katie in the office are so helpful. They really go above and beyond. Rory, the technician, was fast and efficient, quickly diagnosing the problem with my unit. Even though it's a kabillion degrees out, they were able to get to me quickly and got everything sorted out. HIGHLY recommended. Prices are level with the market while the people are worth so much more. Thank you guys!

Professional and friendly. Prompt and courteous. Came early to the appointment. Cleaned my filter and heat pump. Very affordable as well. Replaced the thermostat and made sure the air conditioning worked before he left.
I'm a landlord and recently bought an apartment complex in Dayton. MCM has serviced/replaced many of the units at the complex prior to my ownership. I contacted MCM to inspect and service all the units, which would have probably brought them six figures in revenue. Girl on the phone said she'll have one of the owners themselves call me - i felt flattered. Never got a call, email, text back. Scared of how they treat their customers who hire them for only 1 unit.
Ten out of five stars if I could! Chris did a great job fixing some plumbing and installing a new dishwasher! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and does things the right way. So glad that Millcreek Mechanical offers plumbing now too!
