Ten out of five stars if I could! Chris did a great job fixing some plumbing and installing a new dishwasher! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and does things the right way. So glad that Millcreek Mechanical offers plumbing now too!
We had a great technician who was very thorough and professional. She went above and beyond to not only fix the issue but identify possible future issues to watch for.
Just letting yall know be careful with this company they have a thief working for them. I was working on a new building with them and there employe stole my light. I showed the owners video proof and they didn't do anything about it, they just denied it. JUST BE CAREFUL!!!!!
I have lived in the area for 10 years and have had terrible experiences with local HVAC repair companies. One call on a Sunday to Mill Creek was returned shortly and my concerns (smelled like something was burning) addressed. I received a call early Monday morning for service and the repair was done by noon! Plus the cost was so reasonable! How often does that happen? If I could give them more than 5 stars I'd double it!!
