This place does NOT know how to bill properly! Specifically Dean...AND, have called MANY times to talk about the billing issue at hand. Explained these MANY times that I have also talked to the insurance company as well...but instead get a bill that isn't even a properly constructed bill that says "due now"...uh NO....You need to learn how to bill properly. We have excellent insurance through BOEING and at every other massage office we have been to have NEVER had a copay or out of pocket expense because we have UNLIMITED mas... read more
