The worst customer service by far. The two people I dealt with first one was Rusty Miller who thinks he’s better than anyone attitude and tells you he will call you back and never does, this is after I spend $3500 for doors and windows. Would never buy from these people again I’ll even spend more to have someone treat me with respect. I knew from the first time I talked to Rusty he was a prick and I should have listened to my gut and bought somewhere else.
there customer service is horrible they have an employee byvthe name of Brett Hawkins who only mocks the religious, I canceled all my orders with the and others are soon to follow. all because of their employee that makes fun of religion and harasses people online..

Our builder used Mill Creek for our hard wood floor. They delivered and installed during the most humid season. As a result the floors all buckled. Our builder said he would work with them to get it all resolved. That has been 16 months ago. Wood floors still are not right in our new home and Milk Creek employees consistently stand us up after they pick the appointment days and times.never use them. You will be sorry!!!
I’ll buy my doors and cabinet hardware from somebody that at least acknowledges that I walked in their store and looked at all of their displays. Plenty people sitting around playing on computers.
We really appreciated Tracey at the Memorial store when we purchased our flooring. She was very helpful and got us our rushed shipment the next day.
