Pretty nice rooms and the customer service has been great. We have three kids 3 and under - they helped us get into the room before check in to allow for naps and worked with us to get the room ready while we were able to get the kids in and taken care of (they had to change a filter and repair a lock - things that would have been done before typical check-in. Our only real criticism is that we wish they would have had smart TVs. Our kids don’t understand cable / why they can’t just watch paw patrol. They have Blu-ray player... read more
