Stephanie was so nice during our initial meeting. I emailed her measurements and pics. After 2 weeks I called because I hadn't heard back, she said she would call me that afternoon to give me an update on the estimate. No call back. I guess they didn't want to do our work.
Just finished a bathroom remodel, and I am delighted with the results! Was helped with the design by Jacqueline. suffered a bit of sticker shock at the original estimate-- I have expensive tastes I guess, but Jacqueline helped me make some changes to lower the cost a bit .The project manager was great at keeping me updated about what was happening when, and showed up frequently to check on the work being done. Jacqueline is wonderful to work with, she has such a great eye for color and design. She redid my kitchen and I LOVE it!! The tile is something I never would have thought of and it made the kitchen! Thank you for all your help!
I ordered materials and received design services through Mill Creek, trusting their professional expertise to recommend the right tiles and materials for my kitchen. The tiles they selected began cracking shortly after installation. I worked with Jacqueline on the design and selections for our bathroom remodel and the results are absolutely amazing. The team was professional and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. The project manager was great at communication and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend.
