Manager seems to be a cat hater. Even went as far as to send a letter chastising someone for feeding cats. POS person!
Work WITH Animal Control to control stray cats, not trap and release/kill them yourselves (which does NOT fix the problem). Also, REQUIRE your residents to be RESPONSIBLE pet owners - show PROOF of spay/neuter for ALL PETS. See recent letter in comments.
Manager sounds a little like uneducated in problem solving . first if they maintain the homes none can get into ductwork etc, and the man with copd if he’s SMOKING he could or may blow up a city block , and kill people I NEVER heard of a cat killing anyone It’s not the cats fault , if people spay/ neuter they wouldn’t have this problem, organizations have vouchers to spay/ neuter and LAZY people won’t even use them and it’s FREE

Beautiful Mobile Home park, great people who manage it and great people who live there!
My hubby and I love this Community. Not a trailer park. We do have some that don't take pride in their homes. But to those that do. Love you!!! Most definitely blessed.
