Continues to get worst! Manager is not approachable as she has refused to redo sidewalk which was installed by her direction and fills with rain water. My wooden steps and porch are constantly dirty and muddy due to sidewalk condition and dirt and mud tacked into house. They won’t fix but demand you fix what they want or they now fine you! Constantly threatening eviction to elderly on fixed income! Owners refuse to speak with residents. I would gladly sell home back to them for moving expenses. The lots and newer manufactured homes look nice. However, who could afford $650+ a month lot rent? So you have to buy a manufactured home at a cost of $100-$175,000+, and you're paying a mortgage on that, PLUS $650 lot rent? Might as well go see what you afford in a REAL house or row home somewhere where there's no HOA to contend with. To top it off, they're charging you for an INDOOR CAT? LOL!!! I just can't:(
Lived here for quite awhile porch stained lousy had to redo. Can't understand why people have to pay for indoor cats. And the home owners have to ask permission to buy things(screen doors etc) And the owners keep increasing lot rent (soon they will increase it so much people will not be able to afford living here.
