I’m sad to say this was probably one the worst times I’ve gotten my teeth cleaned. No talking , no flossing, kept wiping teeth and moving my head without asking, left the section in my mouth the whole time. And I left with no take home toothbrush or floss or anything else. Very strange. I’ve been coming here for many years. I will continue, but I just wanted to let you know that this was not very professional or good experience.

Outstanding customer service. Special mention to Dr. Johnny Tice whose exceptional and personalized care to my dental health is beyond compare. I couldn’t ask for more. Also highly commendable is Dr. Tice assistant Angelica. I would give a 10 in a scale of 1 to 10 for rating customer service.
Dr Casey and the team are best at what they do. They are always gentle and want to provide a good experience. I have had multiple fillings and cleanings over the years, and Dr. Casey’s office being the best.
