Have lived in MCC for the past few months. The home we live in is on a mound of sand, and the yard is less than optimal. The lot has steep slopes on almost all sides, making lawn maintenance hazardous. Additionally, we continually find construction debris in our backyard (there is no building happening near the rear of our home, so it is surprising to find rusty nails, chunks of rotted lumber, and broken cement in the yard). Fantastic community! Everyone from the Sales Consultants to the Construction Managers were extremely responsive and delivered a beautiful home.
Poorly built, prefab matchstick homes thrown up with haphazard abandon and built on shoddily leveled dirt mounds that end up leaving you a house on a dirt island with no yard. Misaligned door frames, leaky roofs, paint on the floors, spackle on the carpets, loud, obtrusive, non-stop construction crews with music blaring at 7am and all weekend, restrictive HOAs that have no benefits other than to themselves, and non-responsive Overlord property management groups who send out new notices every few months restricting even more ... read more

Poor made homes. Pre cookie cutter framed. Walls aren't straight, earth around foundations washing away.
