My family and I just moved in. Let me tell you April in the main office is a ROCK STAR!!!!! She is proficient professional sweet and goes out of her way to help with any and ALL concerns or worries. Bo the maintenance gentleman is so friendly and on top of things! So far Im extremely happy we found such a good community to become a part of. Thank you Willows and all that yall do.
Action is taken to bring a solution. The office staff n maintenance crew are most helpful n caring. Bo completed the job it seems like an hour after I put in the request. Thanks
I have lived at this property for 7 years now and I love it! A few things I love about this place include: Love the office staff! They are nothing but helpful and nice :) The location is great! Amenities are wonderful (v-ball court, tennis court, pool, gym, washer/dryers dog park, etc.) Right next to city trails Work orders get done very quickly. Dave is on top of things! We didn't end up renting at The Willow because we decided on a two-story floor plan at a much smaller community, but I want to give a shout out to Sandra. I researched several different apartment complexes in our search for a new home, and she was the only leasing agent who was both easy to reach and responsive to my questions and requests. The others were either impossible to reach by phone, took days to follow up by email or text, weren't on-site so couldn't answer specific questions, or sounded like AI chatbots.
