Been here for almost a year and just resigned our lease! We love it here, it's very clean and quiet and we love having the bike path. David, Beau and the maintenance team are always on top of repairs and do a great job keeping our community nice. Ethan and April and the rest of the front office are always so nice I love bumping into them around the complex. The people that work here really make this place feel like home!
I have been living here for 3 years now and I have to say my kids and I love it. Very spacious, newly renovated, with great staff that helps make sure we feel right at home. Shoutout to my favorite office assistant Ethan, and two of my favorite maintenance workers David and Bo.
April, Ethan, Thalia, and Sandra were very helpful and always did their best to resolve any issues promptly. David Todd, the maintenance supervisor is absolutely fantastic and I don’t say that lightly! He goes above and beyond to make sure inevitable maintenance issues are taken care of and he knows just about everyone by name! He is professional, respectful, and a priceless addition to the community!
