The owner Chad is a nice guy to rent from, very pleasent and over all a good guy...now for his staff, they DO NOT communicate at all! His "secretary" Angie, DOES NOT relay messages to the maintenance guy, she DOES NOT answer phone calls from renters, she DOES NOT even tell the owner when a tenant has a pipe burst in their apartment. I have lived in one of the buildings for a little over 2 years and we've had a problem with her since day 1.
