Mill creek was very helpful when I brought in my cat for an emergency tail amputation. They're very kind and the vet answered all my questions thoughtfully. My one suggestion would be to have cat only hours to minimize stress for cats as well as to prevent potential altercations between dogs and cats. There are many dogs with a strong prey drive towards cats that can easily overpower their owners.

I called on a Friday afternoon for my cat, they told me to bring her in and leave her there. I had to go to work. They called me at work, let me know what was going on, gave me options on her treatment- because I don't have pet insurance- and then told me I could come get her when I had a break. They explained her meds to me, offered Rx cat food, and told me when to call back. Very nice front desk, very nice doctors, they understand that sometimes we don't rescue our pets, but our pets rescue us.
One of our cats fell ill during our trip, dr Amy was able to see him upon our arrival when they opened. She did urine test and X-rays within a few hours. We received a call to keep us updated of progress. Dr Amy and her staff were so professional and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and care.
We were traveling with our 14 year old maltese and he started to have an issue that we were afraid to let go until we got back to Ohio. We contacted the office based on their Google reviews and they were able to get him in the next day. The staff were very kind. The Vet was very thorough. He turned out to be fine which put our minds at ease so we could all enjoy the rest of our trip.
