Mill Creek is a very special community. Nurses and caregivers truly care about the residents. The warm atmosphere feels like home. If your loved one has dementia and needs a more supportive environment, Mill Creek is the BEST option in Springfield.
I have worked at Mill Creek for going on three years, My very first day i was greeted with amazing support and kindness, But the Best part of my day are the Residents and their families.
