She wasted our time during the process of our approval and when she gave us the tour of the apartment it was infested with roaches. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE is NOT WORTH IT And the application fee was too high $175 compared to other places
You might want to reconsider if you're thinking about moving there. My Gf lives there and her and her neighbors have complained multiple times even to their corporate office about the Flea and roach problem they have but they refuse to take the necessary steps to extinguish the problems. The mgr. thinks she is the Godfather by encouraging tenants to call corporate and complain about her and said "Go ahead call in on me, I'm untouchable and the only thing that's going to happen is you're going to get the maintenance man fired... read more
