I've had my vehicle's insured with them for over 20 years, called for a quote to insure a house and bundle my cars. Crystal a agent didn't get back to me for 2 days. I called back got another lady and she was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. So guess what? You've lost a loyal customer and the sale of insuring our house and any future with us or our Family.
