We are very happy with the way our basement turned out after Brian, Matt and their team of craftsman brought their ideas and eye for detail to our home. We challenged them with matching finishes from both our original house and an existing expansion space that was done in the early 2000s. Mill City transformed the basement in our 1957 rambler into a beautiful 'lower level'. In addition to expanding the bathroom, we added a bedroom, family room, kitchenette, work room and extra storage. We doubled our livable space! Everyone was great to work with - they listened to our ideas and made them a reality.
Mill City Design + Build provides absolute stellar customer experience and service. I engaged MCDB as a part of my looking into the cost and feasibility of adding an addition to our home. We had Mill City do a complete finish of our basement in our 1925 bungalow home, with a bedroom, playroom, large living space, full bathroom, and storage. They are by far the best contractors I have ever worked with and we are extremely happy with all aspects of the job. Exceptional work and wonderful communication. We couldn't be more pleased with how the project turned out.
I asked them for a bid on our home kitchen restoration and they were thorough and very helpful. They seem to genuinely care about the work they do and I would trust them with any project in the future.
