Sad day... I came and left my cat, of 18 years, to have her cremated. The staff I talked with were very kind and compassionate. They very kindly helped me through my terrible time. I left knowing they were going to fullfil my wishes.

Let's talk about Mill Bay Vet Hospital. 6 months ago my dog had her first seizure - very scary. The staff calmed me down on the phone and walked me through the next steps! This week my pooch had 8 seizures in an hour. The vet immediately took us in and not only helped our dog but also treated us with such kindness and care. I dislike that I can only give 5 stars because the staff is 12/10. Thank you for the comfort you provided Granola and our family! She survived and we'll be back

Edit: Upon reading the other reviews on here along with my own experience, while they may be very "sweet" and polite, it is very clear that these people are *NOT* very upfront or consistent when it comes to costs and information and they clearly have not reviewed or implemented better practices regarding communication like they have said they would in other reviews. Seems to be a coin flip on whether or not they can be trusted to be upfront with information and listening to their clients. I made it clear I was looking at dif... read more
