Edit: Upon reading the other reviews on here along with my own experience, while they may be very "sweet" and polite, it is very clear that these people are *NOT* very upfront or consistent when it comes to costs and information and they clearly have not reviewed or implemented better practices regarding communication like they have said they would in other reviews. My dog Biggie ingested chocolate today and I called mill bay animal hospital to see if they could help. I was absolutely bawling on the phone to this sweet girl who told me they had time today so I was able to bring him there, they were waiting for him and took us in as soon as we got there. They took amazing care of him and me, my Biggie is home and back to his normal self, I cannot thank these amazing humans enough (so sorry for the mess girls) 😅 you guys are amazing at what you do and you can just see the love and care t... read more
